Requirements :
- College / University Graduate
- A recognized TEFL qualification or equivalent
- Computer literate (Proficient in Ms. Office Package)
- Evidence of committal to professional development
- Experienced in teaching all age groups offered at EF Kids (3-18 years old students)

2. COURSE CONSULTANT
Requirements :
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers (parents and students)
- Maintain good relationships and get referrals from customers
- Invite and consult customers on their needs and interests, develop a suitable plan based on EF products
- Pitch the most suitable program based on the students academic needs
- Achieve sales target
- Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of center
- Other collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of center
- Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by company or when needed
3. PROGRESS ADVISOR
Requirements :
- Build trusting relationships with students
- Communicate regulary with parents about student studies at EF and their progress
- Invite parents and prepare, facilitate, participate and organize events related to parents
- Resolve problems, questions and/or complaints from parents
- Provide timely information to parents about any changes related to the study (eg teacher, schedule)
- Ensure the best exprience for customers
- Resell EF core courses to customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Reactivate students who have dropped out
- Carry out group, student, and parent management operations required using a CRM system
- Communicate regularly with other teachers and other departments
- Other admin and operational responsibilities assigned by company or when needed
