Qualification:
- Female
- Max age 30 years old
- Having a related background at least 2 year in human resources and recruitment
- Education background S1 Psikologi/Management resource management
- Communicative and able to work under pressure and targets
- Positive thinking and good attitude, good communication skill, good team player and highly motivated
- Having related work experiences with the positions being apllied
- Strong in communication skill and negotiation
- Familiar to controlling, managing, and updating workforce plans
- Familiar to control and monitor job advertisements
- Familiar to conduct of job selection
- Familiar to good time management
Job Description :
- Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, scouting, interviewing, hiring on-boarding employee in a company
- Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identity future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing, develop talent pool or social engagements
- Make a training plan according to the needs of the company at least next 6 months
- Conduct a survey of training need required by all employees
- Conduct training on new rules and regulations for employees
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening remuse
- Performing in-person and phone interview with candidates
- Administering appreciate company assessment
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews process status
- Maintaining relationship with both internal and external client to ensure staffing goald are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company organization structure, personel policy, and federal and store laws regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Completing timely reports on employment activities
- Conducting exit interview in terminating employees
