1. FRONT DESK AGENT
Requirements :
- Female / Male
- Experience 1 year in the same position
- Good communication skill
- Guest service oriented
- Good appereance
- Excellent in English both written and spoken
- Knowledge basic skill using computer & system
- Familiar with Power Pro System
2. E-COMMERCE
Requirements :
- Female
- Good appereance and attitude
- Good communication skill
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel e-commerce using channel and OTAs including Traveloka, Agoda, Tiket.com and other channel
- Managing OTAs to improve hotel occupancies and yields
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Discipline and punctual
