Lowongan PT. Indo Riau Perkasa Agustus 2021 - PT. Indo Riau Perkasa Pekanbaru adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Minyak dan Gas (Migas). Saat ini sedang membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.
1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Minimum of 2 years' experience gained from an engineering background that has seen you move into a front-end BD role with at least 2 years within the BD environment in Indonesia
- Must have current/established contacts with the respective sectors in Indonesia;
- Successful recent history of closing deal/tenders especially in the oil & gas sector
- Aware of SKK Migas regulation and its requirements
- Familiar with tenders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the Clients in order to acquire business
- Good team player and always able to communicate and liaise with the rest of the engineers within the company to understand our services and product thoroughly
- Ability to read and understand contractual terms and conditions
- Progress of opportunities in relation to the Business Development process
- IT Skills like Ms Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory
- Fluent English and Indonesian speaking and writing skills are mandatory
2. MANAGER HSE
Requirements :
- Maximum age 35 years
- Have K3 Certificate / Oil and Gas
- Understand Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) and other administrative documents
- Experience min 3 years
- Understand the ISO system
- Can speak English spoken and written
- Ready to go on a business trip
- Can drive a car and have driver license
- Vaccinated Covid-19
- Can make a program managing all HSE Leader and Safety man teams in all projects
- Improve and Control Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Job analysis and JSA for all jobs
- Safety improvement program at Indo Riau Perkasa, Project and Office
- Weekly Monthly Meeting Safety
