IT MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT SPV
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably / Assistant specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven work experience as a coordinator Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT System Maintenance or similar
- Hand-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer system, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
